CPR Certification (ARC)

The CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification Course offered by the Emergency and Safety Institute (E.A.S.I) through the Red Cross provides essential training in life-saving techniques. Participants learn CPR for adults, children, and infants, including proper chest compressions and rescue breaths. The course covers recognizing and responding to choking, cardiac arrest, and respiratory distress. Hands-on practice and simulated scenarios are included to enhance learning. Successful completion leads to a CPR Certification card, demonstrating proficiency in CPR for a specified period.
